Services. Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications provides CPR Training, BLS Certification, First Aid Courses, Pediatric Training, AED Training and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://cprtrainingstockton.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
Modifications. Valley Mobile CPR Training & Certifications may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
